Rimasiri Massage Studio Policy

By utilizing Rimasiri Massage Studio services and facilities, you hereby acknowledge and agree on behalf of yourself, your successors and assigns, to the following:
 

• Indemnification: You indemnify and hold harmless, the owner and the operator of Rimasiri Massage Studio and their employees against any and all actions, cost, claims, losses, expenses/ or property damage in any manner resulting from your use of the services.
   

• Personal Property: You acknowledge that we will not take responsibility for the theft or damage to your personal property left in any area of Rimasiri Massage studio and you have been requested not to leave valuables in any area of the massage room and the studio.
   

• Sobriety: You will not use the services when intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
   

• Suitability: You further understand it is your sole responsibility to determine your suitability on the use of the services.
   

• Physical Capability: You declare that you are physically capable of utilizing the services. We will not take responsibility for any kind of physical injury that may arise directly or indirectly from utilizing the services.
   

• Age Requirement: You are at least 18 years of age. Minors are not permitted in the studio unless this document has been executed on behalf of the minor by a parent or authorized guardian.
   

• Scope of Terms: You agree that terms and conditions apply to your current and future use of Services at Rimasiri Massage Studio.
   

• Mutual Respect: You agree to treat our service providers with respect and understand if they don't feel safe, they can refuse the service without any explanation.
   

• Cancellation Policy: You understand our 48 HRS cancellation policy and you know that the treatment will be charged in full for No-show appointments.
   

• Jurisdiction: You hereby agree that any dispute or claim that arises out of or is related to use of the services is subject to the Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city in which Rimasiri Massage Studio is located and is subject to its local law.
